What about a McJob

Some people in their ignorance may snigger at a "Mac Job" Working at MacDonald's may not seem like the most best career move ever but I beg to differ.

Let me make a bold statement. In my opinion staff at MacDonald's are head and shoulders over your staff.
Yes, they are so far past your staff level you can't even see them.

Why and how you probably ask?

Service staff at MacDonald's are taught right from the start not only how to serve customers politely, but how to cross sell and up-sell to them as a matter of course. We can all learn from their so called repetitive service style.

"Could I have a big mac please.?" "Sure, would you like fries with that?" "Would you like to go large?"
BANG. Cross sold and up sold in 12 words! Just how much more cash do MacDonald's generate by doing this? Tens of millions every year.

Do your staff do this. Are you maximising your sales potential are are you just part of the norm.

Fine adjustment to what we teach are staff can and would make an enormous difference to our revenue if we would just take the time and effort to implement it.

Not so "Mac job" now. I suggest that next time you recruit a new member of your team, flick through their CV. If MacDonald's is on there employ without delay. You might learn a thing or two.
